I can't say enough great things about Murrieta Auto Repair! I brought my mother's Mercedes G-Wagon in for its A6 service after the Mercedes dealership quoted us over $1,200 for what amounted to an oil change and spark plugs. Murrieta Auto Repair completed the same service for only $168!We also had an electrical issue with the rear passenger door. The Mercedes dealership wanted to charge $600 just to remove the door panel and diagnose the problem, plus another $1,600 for the repair. Justin went above and beyond—he was incredibly diligent in tracking down the right parts, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and found a much more affordable solution. In the end, we saved close to $2,500 compared to the dealership's estimate.Justin and the team are honest, knowledgeable, and provide outstanding customer service. They communicate every step of the way, provide regular updates, and genuinely care about helping their customers save money without sacrificing quality. I needed to take in my 2013 SUV in for required service and some expected brake work. They took care of it and I was pleasantly surprised that my brakes just needed lubricant. They also found an oil leak. That I was keeping an eye on and fixed it. They are honest and do great work. I will keep coming to this shop for all my auto needs.

I took my car in for an oil change and asked that they kind of give it a once over and tell me if they saw anything that was coming up.I had been told previously that I needed brakes and I was pretty sure I did not.Chris showed me how much brake material I still had and May this understandable by telling me what the brand new standard would have been. It was happy to tell me I did not need breaks and would not need them for quite some time save my pennies so I'd be ready when I was due. How refreshing to have an honest person work on your car! I had to wait for my car and I was in and out in less than an hour for the oil change. I took it right in at the time of my appointment. Love these guys!Their prices are reasonable and their work is reputable. Yes I will be back.

After my RAV4 stated I needed maintenance soon, I brought it in to Murrieta Auto Repair to get it checked out. They did an oil change and caught that my tires needed replacement. They ordered tires that day and replaced all 4 tires the next day. Their prices were great and they did the work quickly. I liked being able to get appointments and they worked on my car when I brought it in - I didn't have to wait all day. I had used them in the past for older vehicles and they are still providing the same services they did back then.

Thorough, Fair & HonestMurrieta Auto Repair did a great job repairing my recently deceased husband’s truck so that I could sell it. In a situation like that it would have been easy to take advantage but Justin & Chris did a great job of explaining what was going on, communicating progress, and completing the repairs at a great price. I was well taken care of and it was such a relief to have them on the job. I highly recommend!
