Uncle Manny is a hidden gem of Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads area. He is keeping the Hawaiian culture alive in the east coast. I got a chance to meet Uncle at the Alohalaule’a event at Norfolk to pick up my kalo, I felt like I was back home in Hawaii. I made pork lau lau and squid luau with my order. Kalo was fantastic quality! I’ll definitely purchase again. Thanks Uncle!!

Uncle shared his gold at the end of a rainbow! Fresh lūʻau delivered up and down the east coast can’t be missed. Be sure to track his travels and reserve your bags of lūʻau - I know we won’t! Ma ka hana ka ʻike, the valuable lessons taught to our keiki while folding chunks of meat, pork, and fish into savory moist laulau made it even more special and Ono! Mahalo nui!

Kalo leaves good size and can’t wait to make traditional luau and going try make pork/kimchi lau lau as well.Was blessed by braddah Manny and received an upgrade since the smaller bag sold out- da Aloha Spirit shined through, very grateful and appreciative.
