My A/C was under-performing, I assumed it needed a freon charge. I called ABC, they came w/ fancy monitors & told me freon was OK but I needed to spend $5+k on replacement parts (fans etc). They never even opened up the unit. A friend referred me to Victor Moreno; his guy came, on schedule, confirmed freon level was fine, & unbolted the cover. Filthy! A quick garden hose cleaning & $180 later it works great again.
