I recently set an appointment with this company to look at my heater. On the day of the appointment the tech was late so I called the office and asked why no one reached out to me. She had to call the tech and I was then told it would be over an hour. So I waited for more than 2 hours. Once the tech got to the house he looked at the heater told me it may be a couple of things wrong but he was going to start with the first repair. He then offer a full new unit which he highly recommended. So I asked him to give me both estimates. The tech said he would have it in a one or two days at the most. It took them 4 weeks to do nothing and charge me $144.21. Charge not on the day of but 4 weeks after. I asked for a refund and got nowhere. I was told the would give me a credit on the next service. NO way would I recommend this company. Over 800 on a repair and 5k to replace. I only went here because I knew the family. Please look around and don’t be fooled my the 5 star ratings (false) reputable companies would give you your money back if they didn’t do the job, right. Less

Fixing the work of others is not easy but problem solving systematically did the trick (wiring / programming circuit boards). Excellent / prompt phone and SMS communication. I called up Moreno Heating and Cooling and spoke with Victor, the owner. Victor came out in (4) hours and was able to identify the problem.. there was a large leak in my condenser. Victor was able to pick up a new unit and install it the next day. Victor was extremely responsive and also his pricing was very fair. I would recommend to any family and friends. Less
