Quality work at a fair price. They scheduled the cleaning within a few days of my call, were on time and very respectful of me and my property. They provided clear instructions about how to prepare for their arrival. This was my 1st time working with JM Carpet Cleaning so we walked through the areas to be cleaned and agreed upon what was to be done. Jeammy was very knowledgeable and thorough. I had very large areas to be cleaned and over 40 dirty steps. He did an amazing job and gave me some good ideas on how to fix a carpet area adjoining a wood floor that our cat had torn up. I will definitely be using them again.
