I changed doctors from Concentra to CIS because I was not getting the medical care I needed at Concentra. The doctors and staff at CIS are amazing, Dr Shin, Dr Yoon, and Jason really cares about your medical care and fights very hard to give you the very best care.The whole staff is very friendly and helpful.They also have a Functional Restoration Program that helped me out in my daily life and I highly recommend it.

Simply the best professional pain management team in Sacramento, they care about their patient's on a personal level, mind & body. I've been seen in the office for chronic back pain after surgery & double knee replacement surgery pain. Carl Shin, Jason Packard, and Dr Yoon, and Karen are vary professional. The office staff are really nice, and caring, they have a vary clean organized business. I highly recommend them to anybody who needs professional care.

I would like to thank Dr.Jason for helping me prepare for my upcoming knee replacement surgery in December of 2026. Dr. Jason has provided me with physical therapy & spine injections from outside providers. I'm very grateful and thankful to have an "Amazing " worker's comp provider who makes sure that l have my medications and treatments. Dr. Jason is a good listener who has compassion for his patients. I'm so blessed to have him as my provider at CIS.

The paperwork was intimidating at first. But when I found out why it was necessary, it completely made sense.I would say at the onset that it appears that this is going to be better than I anticipated.I am enrolled at the Keystone side of CIS.The people are so wonderful and willing to show their knowledge to help you gain strength and movement. Teaching is extremely important to understand what the program will do if you’re willing to do it. It can change your life. Thank you to Dr G and Dr Brandon, and the entire staff, Leti, is the first face you see as you enter. Then there’s the incredible personal trainers (BOB, Drea and Chuck), who work with teaching the importance of movement. Liane who teaches about nutrition and art. Dr G teaches about the connection of Neuroplasticity, it’s the answer to dealing with injury. Dr Brandon Schaffer the PT DR for keeping us informed on specific areas to work on to help with the pain.
