I understand you cannot please everyone all the time so I need to start off on saying I do not understand the bad comments on here because I have been coming to CIS since 2014.some decision I’ve liked better than others so I feel the key is to understand what process they need you to go thru to have the best results.I have been seeing Jason most of the years, he is very professional & caring. He talks me through my various issues so I understand as much as possible of my nerve , knee & lower back pain.Jason is a Great Dr….Now for the office girls they are the heart of the office :-). They are kind, caring & on top of everything. I’m going to miss Maria ❣️All of this keeps me coming back every monthI feel like it’s family they are so caringI have that much trust & believe that they put my well being first in all interactionsThank You

The paperwork was intimidating at first. But when I found out why it was necessary, it completely made sense.I would say at the onset that it appears that this is going to be better than I anticipated.I am enrolled at the Keystone side of CIS.The people are so wonderful and willing to show their knowledge to help you gain strength and movement. Teaching is extremely important to understand what the program will do if you’re willing to do it. It can change your life. Thank you to Dr G and Dr Brandon, and the entire staff, including the personal trainers, for teaching about the connection of Neuroplasticity it’s the answer to dealing with injury. Thank you. Dr Shin for your teaching, he is brilliant!!

This is Denise and I am a former State of CA employee who experienced injury on the job.I have a very caring doctor who sees me approximately every six weeks. He reviews my case and we discuss my progress and/or when progress is not made. He knows my history and keeps track of my appointments to other therapies , follow-ups and makes sure I am always receiving the best care. Thank you, Dr. Shin for your conscientious work and having a vision to treat your patients. And thank you, Dr. Yoon for your consistent and thorough care and comprehensive treatment plans to date; even through surgery and all follow-up care. I am always supported by the great care I get. Thank you, CIS- Sacramento, CA.In my most recent visits, June 2026, I am still completely and thoroughly please with Dr. Timothy Yoon, my pain management doctor who is housed within Dr. Carl Shin's CIS facility, and I am well cared for regarding previous work injuries.Another visit, six weeks later and it is August 2026. I love that staff at the counter is working very hard and efficiently to move the patients through. This time the office was very busy and the client load appeared to have increased. I learned that they were short by a few front staff members, but everyone did their best to keep things moving. The staff's attitude was 'patient' with each other and with each person who moved up to the counter, whether they were new or returning clients. I give staff a 10+ for their efforts and their pleasant demeanors.

I love seeing Dr. Jason and the girls when I go in for my appointments. Everybody is always so friendly and show concern and are very helpful when you’re having problems with EDD thank you all so very much. You make my life a little less painful.

I also had an acupuncture appointment after my doctor‘s appointment across the hall at CIS boutique Acupuncture. I would absolutely love it if you could purchase a package of acupuncture appointments at a discounted rate.
