Excellent 5 star service! The pharmacist and techs are friendly, generally organized and go above and beyond. Mistakes can happen, especially if they’re busy but they act responsibly and are quick to fix them. Wait times are short if you want to pick up same day and they offer local delivery for free.

Took my mom to the pharmacy for a medication refill that requires a physician prescription and everyone there was super helpful in helping her get medication asap. Major thanks to Shirin, Dornaz, Farnaz! Incredibly patient. Super grateful

Yesterday I had an appointment to get an RSV vaccine and one of your folks called me to say that I may want to wait a few days as the vaccine will be covered as of September 29...4 days from now. That was very nice of you folks.

I had a great experience with this pharmacy. A few days ago I became very sick over the weekend and wasn’t able to see my family doctor. Hanieh was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She helped me arrange a virtual doctor’s appointment quickly, which made a huge difference when I really needed medical care. The whole process was smooth, and I truly appreciated her support and professionalism. Thank you, Hanieh, for going above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for caring and reliable service.

I have used their services twice so far, and honestly I am extremely satisfied. As many people in Canada know, navigating the medical system can sometimes be very slow, stressful, and time-consuming before you finally get the help you need. Brentwood Pharmacy made the process so much easier for me both times.Especially when I was new to Canada and didn’t really know where to go or what to do, they guided me very professionally and kindly. They listened carefully, acted quickly, and helped me find the right solution without wasting time going back and forth through the healthcare system. What impressed me the most was that after receiving treatment and medication from them, I was later able to speak with my family doctor, and in both cases my doctor completely confirmed that their assessment and recommendations were correct and appropriate.Because of these experiences, if I ever face a similar issue again, Brentwood Pharmacy will honestly be the first place I contact before spending weeks trying to navigate the system elsewhere.Highly recommended. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely caring staff🌹
