I have been ordering prescription from this pharmacy for several years and I have to applaud manager Layla and her staff for their professionalism, good manner and excellent service that they have shown over the years. Today I arrived close to 6PM, and I felt bad to cause too much trouble for them to count on the spot one month supply only of my meds even though they’ve already prepared my 3 months supply, as my insurance coverage only starts a month later. Layla and her team worked tirelessly to accommodate my request without complaints, even though there were customers waiting in line. Obviously they are empathetic to patients needs. Less

My daughter had so much pain in her ear and I couldn't get any Dr to see her but Dr Leila was too kind to refer us to clinic doctor and she helped my daughter to get better . Though they were helpful in making the compound formula I needed and keeping me updated on when the stock would arrive, they mishandled the packaging leading to me losing some of the product which was costly and out of pocket. They only claimed a small amount was lost and repackaged it though I know what 5ml looks like and I lost more than that. There are ways they could have handled the situation better but unfortunately they chose not to. I will go out of my way and travel to other compound pharmacies in the future. Less
