Scott and his crew did a very good job hooking our cottage up to the new sewer line. It was technically difficult because the line had to be placed under an existing drainage ditch. They arrived on site and completed the job as planned.

They were prompt and professional when we needed them asap! We thought the problem was our garbage disposal and it turned out to be much larger. Colin took the time to explain the issues causing the problem and how they were going to fix it so it wouldn’t happen again. The job couldn’t be completed in one sitting, unfortunately, because we had to remove part of our ceiling in the basement so they could access the pipes to change them out for the proper sizes that should have been used. Sam came back the second time to complete the job. We were pleased with the work, the explanation and the prevention methods to avoid possible future issues. We also appreciated the exceptional communication from Debbie at the office and the texts we received to inform us who would be out to do the work. We haven’t been billed for the repairs yet because they were unsure what they were going to have to do until they were here. Colin assured us we will receive a fair price and we have no reason to believe otherwise. We would highly recommend this company to anyone with plumbing needs in northern MI or wherever else they operate!

On Good Friday, when I came home from evening service, I noticed that my sump pump had stopped working and that my crawl space, where my furnace is located, was filling with water. I had purchased a larger sump pump earlier in the day due to the amount of water in my yard.To make a very long story short, Kasey was at my house twice to help get/keep water out of my crawl space (his return visit was not due to anything he did, or didn’t do, it was the continuation of the situation).The first time Kasey was at my residence was approximately 9:40pm. The second time was approximately 2:30 am.Each time he was kind, professional, provided short term and long term solutions to a home repair that is honestly, a bit overwhelming to consider.Before Kasey left, he offered heaters for my home and an explanation of what he had done on his visit.I was very happy to receive this survey. If I hadn’t, I was going to call his employer on Monday and let them know what an outstanding representative he is for their business.As a side note: I’ve never met Kasey before, this response is strictly about how he conducts himself, the knowledge of his profession and the respect he shows for customers.

Jason has executed routine service on my geothermal system several times. This is a second home so unexpected outages are a major headache.
