I was amazed to receive same day service for the heater that stopped working. Kasey was pleasant, knowledgeable, and got to the root of the problem quickly. Even better, he had the needed replacement part on his truck, so he was able to complete the repair on the spot and get us back in business.

Always have had good service from Scott's guys. Also the ladies in the office. 😁 My furnace stopped working & Collin was here within a few hours. They needed to order the part & in 2 days Jeff came & finished the job.

Jeff arrived on time and checked out our water softener salt tank. I found a leak and called the same day. Jeff came out later the same day, determined that the salt tank had a crack in the bottom and left to pick up a new tank. Installed quickly, tested, cleaned up the mess the leak had made and said he was done. What great service the same day!!!
