M&M Plumbing Heating Cooling was very accommodating in fitting us in when or water heater went out. Kasey D arrived early in the scheduled time slot and identified and fixed the problem. Kasey was very knowledgeable and took the time to show me the broken parts before replacing them. He even cleaned up around the water heater when he was done. All in all a great experience.

Dylan kept me updated throughout the three day install of the mini split units going into our 36 year old house. He sent me progress pictures daily and kept me updated during the installation process. Curtis was great working with us on the type of AC options (pros and cons of each) available to us. Although my parents have been M&M customers for years, this was my first experience working with them. I'm very pleased with everything.

Jeff, a technician specializing in gas fireplaces, was outstanding! He and his assistant, Sam, were very focused on doing a good job, but took time to explain how the job was being done and answered all of our questions. They put down plastic to protect our floors and cleaned up everything, including filling in and raking the areas that were trenched for a gas line. Jeff is very knowledgable regarding fireplaces and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the work that Jeff and Sam did.
