My sessions with Jenn have been transforming. She not only takes the time to make sure you understand the exercises, she breaks down the movement to a relatable task & how it will help for the long run. I came to Jenn with some mobility & balance issues due to a medical condition, and she helped me create goals & work towards them one step at a time.
