From start to finish i cant thank Jose Saravia enough for putting in countless hours dealing with our insurance to get the roof approved, and answering questions. It took a while due to the insurance but Salvador roof and (Jose) kept me well informed. The roof looks great! The crew did a great job cleaning up all the debris from the old roof. I’d recommend Salvador roof for any job. Also something that was outstanding i feel the need to mention is as we did the final walk through, I told them id like to have a rain diverter installed above the AC unit, without a second thought the job site boss installed it himself. Great work and a fair price! They were responsive and transparent. My repair was the overhang of my roof. They even painted the underside to make the repair complete. The shingle color was discontinued, but they made the extra effort to find the closest color to it and you really can’t even tell. They got my repair done in a day and kept me updated throughout. Great company. I will definitely use them again when I need my roof completely redone. It’s hard to find companies this reliable in Austin! Less
