This greatly helped our family create and prepare a plan for an elderly family member (with limited funds and income) to qualify for up to 80% of potential Washington State Medicaid funding for an Assisted Care Living Facility. His experience, review of medical records, medications, and communications with doctors, and crafting a Level of Care Assessment to submit with the Medicaid application will provide a clear and concise picture of why the applicant meets the required medical criteria for receiving a Medicaid subsidy.

Callahan Care Solutions was invaluable during my husbands illness and final days. They were in constant contact with us while in the hospital and gave us recommendations for hospice as he just wanted to go home. They assisted us through the entire process and we were able to get him home. They worked closely with our doctor ensuring my husband and I that he was informed every step of the way. Sadly my husband passed away but he was at home with family and I will miss him every day.My husband was a 100% disabled veteran who passed from service related illnesses. David on their team, who used to work with wounded warriors, walked me through all the complicated paperwork and helped me fill out all the forms. He is very knowledgeable about veterans benefits and was so kind through the process. Without him, I never could have filed or figured out all the forms, but in the end I was able to get the survivor benefits.
