I’m so glad I found The Rosemary Tree. I completed the 6-week expressive arts therapy group, and it was such a positive experience. I looked forward to going every week and feel like I learned so much about myself, along with valuable education along the way. Not only did it help me process and understand my emotions in a profound way, but it also unlocked a part of me that can now create from my feelings and intuition rather than focusing on making something look “pretty.” That shift has been incredibly freeing. I’m already looking forward to the next time the group is offered, and I’m grateful to have found a therapist I can trust through the process.

This is the therapy practice you want to go to. They go deeper than just the surface and Claire has been awesome to work with. She truly helps from both sides of the isle and giving good advice and ways to handle situations. I would highly recommend seeing Claire, well worth it.

I cannot say enough good things about this practice. It feels more like a home than a therapy office. My partner and I have been clients for nearly three years.
