Just want to say thank you soo much for organising the install of our aircon soo quickly. We are obviously very happy with the outcome and sad we didn’t arrange it sooner 🤣 the boys were very efficient with getting the job done in the heat and it looks so neat. Installation once completed was ok, although the place was not left tidy, needed a pretty decent cleanup from me once they’d left. The main issue was they didn’t arrive on the first day set aside for installation, stringing me along through the day requiring me to keep calling them to ask where they were, bloke had some issue with an earlier install and once I chased him down through the company he clearly didn’t want to come later and have to work on a Friday afternoon, so kept making excuses. The net result was wasting my time all day and ultimately having to rebook it to the next week, making me clear the furniture out of the room twice and miss two full days work which for me as a self employed person comes straight out of my pocket. They discounted the bill by $200 which although welcome does not replace the two days work I had to miss. I also had communication problems with their customer service and admin when I experienced a basic problem setting up wifi on the unit. Overall given the pain the whole thing was I definitely wouldn’t recommend them. There are plenty out there who can stick to a booking, notify you if they’re going to be late rather than need to be chased, and handle basic questions better. Avoid

DPK! >>>>>The sales manager who attended my property in person, was absolutely terrific to deal with and couldn't do enough for me in terms of answering my question, accommodating my requirements and providing options and information.[Competitors required me to take photos and supply measurement to enable me to obtain a quote]DPK AC, were more than competitive in terms of price but proved to me that they were superior in terms of their overall business model, including the office functions, receipts, invoicing and communication.The installer/s were terrific and went about their roles in a professional and competent manner carrying out the installation with consummate ease.On completion of the job my home was left tidy and clean, and I was also provided insight into the usage of the AC System!A CHAMPION EFFORT ALL ROUND AND A GREAT EXPERIENCE!THANKS, DPK!

The team at DPK were unreal. From when I reached out to Mitch to when the job was complete. The team were super efficient to install ducted aircon through our floor and decommission the old aircon systems. Highly recommend them for any aircon needs. Easy to deal with, professional, in and out within the day. Just in time for summer!
