DPK were engaged to install a new air-condition system in my loft style apartment. Dane spent time reviewing the options, considering my requirements and also the design of the apartment (cavity and walls etc). The final solution was to implement two bulk head spilt system units, which met both functional and aesthetic requirements. The team who installed the air-conditioning were knowledgeable and experienced and worked hard to met the solution design. This included cleverly navigating other services in the bulk head and ceiling to install the units and concealing the all of the required services. The installed units are doing their job perfectly. DPK were great with the initial design, including sizing and equipment options, and installation of our system during our renovation. Worked well with our builders to get everything in on time with minimum fuss. Would highly recommend for both design and installation. They were even better when we had a fault post installation when the whole DPK team went above and beyond to both find the fault (which turned out to be a manufacturers fault) and repair it including all of the associated replastering. Took several visits and much frustration for the team but they were always very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable and determined to give us as the customer a good outcome and it was all done under warranty. I live in a penthouse in Cronulla and recently had a ducted Actron Reverse cycle unit installed. We had a 19KW init installed cheaper than the adjoining apartment that had a 17KW unit. Ours was installed on 100mm rubber boots to reduce vibration whereas my neighbours unit was installed with no rubber boots at all, being placed directly onto the slab. I could not recommend DPK more highly. Less
