I recently hired Diamond property maintenance NI to clean my roof/guttering, and couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the process was professional.I contacted their Facebook page for a quote, and Tristan came out the following day to asses the house/roof. He gave me a quote on the spot and booked me in, with work commencing a few days later. I decided to book with them due to Tristans knowledge. He explained hiw it would not only improve the appearance of the roof but also help prevent further regrowth. Additionally, the reassurance of liability insurance for his team, which I never would have thought of when getting work done at home.The biocide treatment used removed any build up of moss and made my roof look brand new 😊Overall, I would highly recommend the team for anyone needing roof cleaning. I approached Tristan at Diamond Property Maintenance having seen a Tik Tok video demonstrating their impressive approach to cleaning gutters! A conversation with Tristan led me to decide to engage other services as well, keen as I was to do what I can to protect the house against damp. Tristan explained the benefits of cleaning my roof of all mud/moss and talked about how the protective coating applied would protect my roof for the long-term. There was no hard-sell, just a knowledgeable approach that put me at my ease. The team were great, and I am delighted that we have had this work done, one to protect our home, but I am even more delighted at the significant improvement to the house’s appearance. The colour of the original roof tile is just lovely, and they also cleaned our patio and driveway, again using their protective coating to prevent the unsightly green/brown staining from re-emerging.
