Sage truly works for her clients. She listens to client needs and sticks to them, while providing non-pushy advice. You want to move fast? Done. You want to take time? Done. You want to see so many houses in a row that you can barely walk? Sure. Or just one or two? Yep. She knows peculiarities of houses that were built in age of house you're looking at. You surely have a list of things important to you specifically. She keeps them in mind and will highlight then even if you don't notice. Sage is easy to work with to find what fits your needs.

Sage Sanders is truly a magnificent and highly skilled real estate agent. She's fair, honest, and knows how to get a home sold. We followed her every advice and she had ideal expectations. We were a bit reluctant and conservative but had high hopes. Sure enough everything panned out just as Sage said it would. Our home was only on the market for four days until we received several competing offers. I cannot say this will be the same for everyone but we are very fortunate to have had Sage on our side as a real estate agent. She's not just an incredible agent she's also a wonderful person!

I love working with Sage I feel like I have someone representing me, my interests and respect my decisions - she is patient and she will see as many houses as I need to help me make an informed decision. I don't know how Sage does not have any reviews on Google, (at least this is how it looks) but here it goes :).We worked with Sage for buying a house and we had an extremely pleasant relationship with her during this process.Sage made sure we make the decisions based on what is best for us, was patient and supportive when we had doubts/changed our minds and responded very fast to all the questions/issues.She did not only assist us in buying a house, she used our discussions to educate us on various aspects of buying and owning a house, which made us more comfortable with our decisions.After our offer was accepted she and her team constantly kept in touch, ensuring we don't hit any roadbumps so all the buying experience was really good.I would love if all the people we work with would be the same as Sage.
