Awesome where do I begin, let's start with Slice SIZE! HOLY SMOKES, huge slices. After my eyes settled back into their sockets let's talk about that first bite. Yes it was amazing! The two slices I tried were regular,ya know cheese and the sausage and peppers. Both awesome both had freshness easily noticed in the peppers. These huge full flavor slices were delicious. Nice and perfectly thin and handled the refresh in the oven possibly improving the whole, either way I like ordering slices and eating in best.sauce perfect, cheese perfect, Cook perfect. Of course none of this possible without the staff, very friendly even brought my slice out to a table, lived that what a great touch. I thanked everyone I came in contact with including the fine folks working on the pizza itself. Great job! I try alot of local pizza idk what took me so long to try Big Jays, so glad I did the rest of Rome pizza will miss me, I'm a Big Jay's kinda guy now! Literally the slices are bigger than the artwork slice at many of the tables! Taste,Quality, Size, and Service this is a master class for others to school in. All this on Sunday at 1pm. No, nope, I can't say enough,Thank You! Bravo!

One of the best local pizza places in the city!!! Food was great, in addition to pizza, I also ordered Fried Dough...only other place local that I can have that is in New Hartford!!!! Service was also great, the cashiers were very friendly! The accessibility with the inclusion signs and the clean bathrooms most importantly are great too!! Only thing I would elect to change is the parking-small for such a great place!! I will be back but next time I will order individual slices! Keep up the awesome work!!!!

Still awesome! Dec 27, 2025.The food is consistently excellent. Please be aware that there may be a wait during peak times due to the high volume of orders. The restaurant is fully staffed, and it is impressive to observe the coordination involved in fulfilling orders. Again, the food is truly exceptional. Thank you for your service.

Food is delicious. There are pre-set options when ordering- you can add items (for an additional price) and you can omit certain items. I did request NO BLACK OLIVES on the salad, and that was highlighted on my receipt, however when we got home and opened everything up it was like an entire jar of black olives were on top.Outside of the salad, the pizza and wings were delicious. We decided to try the berry bbq sauce and that was so good!

Big Jay's is an awesome place to grab a quick lunch or sit down for a nice dinner. Outside seating as well. Great food & service. Staff is very nice. They are VERY active with the community too, which is wonderful.
