Crisp/thin crust and fresh ingredients is what you get at Big Jay’s in Marcy! Our family favorite pizza place where they customize the pizza just the way you like it!Wings are amazing and my daughters love their garlic knots! Delivery with a smile and never an issue. When we pick upSlices during sports season, pizza always great and employees happy to take your order! Best pizzeria by far in the area!

I couldn’t say enough great things about this place! We order here quite often as this is the only place my boys will eat Riggies because they are amazing!! Not only the Riggies but the pizza, the subs, the wings, it’s all phenomenal. I placed an order yesterday & when it got delivered, I knew that it was not up to par with what we normally get. I reached out to the owner and he responded immediately. I was simply reaching out to give feedback as I know mistakes happen but the owner went above & beyond crediting my account for the mishaps even though I told him that wasn’t what I was looking for. Customer service is so important to me & it just solidifies that they truly care about their customers. I couldn’t recommend Big Jays enough!

New to Rome, and my coworkers recommended that I try chicken riggies\. Born and raised in the Bronx, I’ve had my fair share of good food, but I can honestly say I had never heard of chicken riggies before coming here\.Let me tell you… I was NOT prepared This dish is on another level. The flavor, the sauce, the chicken, the pasta everything came together perfectly. And I have to give a huge shoutout to the staff — the service was great Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. Great food plus great serviceBig Jay’s for the win 🏆 10/10, no question I’m officially a chicken riggies fan!

Big Jay’s pizza is phenomenal!! I live 2.5 hours from your restaurant and was local for a family occasion. Let me tell you, if I lived there, I’d be ordering from you EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. It was that good. Best crust on a pizza I’ve ever had and hope to honestly get back there soon to have more soon!!

Ordered delivery to my hotel. This is a real deal pizzeria, quality is much like what you would find in the NYC tri-state area, though crust is a bit thicker than that style. Very reasonable priced. 100% recommend.

Ever since Big Jay's opened up in Rome and Marcy I've enjoyed their Subs, Pizza and Salads. I'd like to make a Suggestion to People who might make a Negative Review because of being Disappointed with their Order. Instead of Posting a Negative Review of Big Jay's call them and discuss with them about your Disappointment. I commend Big Jay's because they are a Small Business and they employ a lot of people at their Rome and Marcy Locations ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Still awesome! Aug 5, 2026.The food is consistently excellent. Please be aware that there may be a wait during peak times due to the high volume of orders. The restaurant is fully staffed, and it is impressive to observe the coordination involved in fulfilling orders. Again, the food is truly exceptional. Thank you for your service.

The place has delicious large slices with flavorful sauce and the perfect amount of crunchiness. The decor, particularly the sports memorabilia, particularly the Jalen Hurts and Iverson jerseys are welcomed decor. The staff is friendly and the vibes are great.

Awesome where do I begin, let's start with Slice SIZE! HOLY SMOKES, huge slices. After my eyes settled back into their sockets let's talk about that first bite. Yes it was amazing! The two slices I tried were regular,ya know cheese and the sausage and peppers. Both awesome both had freshness easily noticed in the peppers. These huge full flavor slices were delicious. Nice and perfectly thin and handled the refresh in the oven possibly improving the whole, either way I like ordering slices and eating in best.sauce perfect, cheese perfect, Cook perfect. Of course none of this possible without the staff, very friendly even brought my slice out to a table, lived that what a great touch. I thanked everyone I came in contact with including the fine folks working on the pizza itself. Great job! I try alot of local pizza idk what took me so long to try Big Jays, so glad I did the rest of Rome pizza will miss me, I'm a Big Jay's kinda guy now! Literally the slices are bigger than the artwork slice at many of the tables! Taste,Quality, Size, and Service this is a master class for others to school in. All this on Sunday at 1pm. No, nope, I can't say enough,Thank You! Bravo!

One of the best local pizza places in the city!!! Food was great, in addition to pizza, I also ordered Fried Dough...only other place local that I can have that is in New Hartford!!!! Service was also great, the cashiers were very friendly! The accessibility with the inclusion signs and the clean bathrooms most importantly are great too!! Only thing I would elect to change is the parking-small for such a great place!! I will be back but next time I will order individual slices! Keep up the awesome work!!!!
