Extreme efficiency, expertise, and outpatient procedure SUCCESS! I had an interesting issue come up with my eye. After lots of research a competing practice recommended me here because they would also be able to accommodate me if I needed additional support like surgery or a more invasive procedure than steroid drops. After I called, the Hunkler front desk ladies were able to get me in the very next day! Specifically went to see Dr. West!They have very good prices which is what I needed at least in the fact finding stage.Once I was diagnosed with a granuloma and steroid drops did what they could-my very next appointment (2nd time in) was an extremely efficient procedure, which eradicated the issue.Dr. West knew exactly what to do. From my second exam, she walked me down the hall for a procedure that was quick and painless (until after). She did not charge me an arm and a leg and I am very grateful! The staff is super friendly and fun.After my procedure follow up visit, I'm a very happy patient (it was also free of charge). Nice to get quality care AND not be charged a fortune! Thank you Dr. West and Hunkler Eye Institute!

I literally never post reviews, but I felt compelled to write one today. To be honest, I was a bit nervous to come to Hunkler after reading some reviews about staff friendliness- and let me tell you, that could be further from the truth!From the front desk, to the assistants, to the doctors- I had SUCH a great experience. Everyone was so kind and supportive and helpful- I also didn’t have to wait to be seen! Would recommend this place to anybody!

Such a fantastic experience at this office! Had a minor procedure done that went exceptionally well!! Was overwhelmed by the hospitality we received from our first interaction with the tech/assistant “Sheeva” — she’s extremely personable and everyone in the medical field can take notes from her kind ways. Dr. West who performed the procedure was also the most personable doctor I’ve dealt with in my entire life. A doctor that actually cares and you can feel it. Thank you again to you both. — I will add that whomever the older woman that deals with answering calls and calling to confirm appointments is EXTREMELY unpersonable and will talk to you in a condescending way. Get past that awful interaction and then it’s smooth sailing.
