RUDE. I had a very disappointing experience over the phone when speaking over the phone with Coast Buyers Agency.I reached out expecting professionalism, guidance, and a willingness to help, but instead I was met with dismissive and rude behaviour. The interaction felt rushed and lacked the level of customer care you would expect when making such important financial decisions.Customer service is a huge part of building trust in this industry, and unfortunately this experience did not reflect that & or the values on their website. I hope this feedback is taken on board so future clients receive a more respectful and helpful experience.

Such great help finding our dream property! We were struggling to even look at places on our own because once they officially hit the market, they were under contract already.
