Today I had the opportunity to work with coach Zhangchi for crossfit, I enjoyed class very much. I have been struggling with my form since I got back from medical leave. Today coach Zhangchi shared some tips on how to do my push-ups with out putting to much weight on my arms but more on the chest. Would totally suggest to come and check it out. The coaches here are all great, and supportive. They will push you, even though you've thought you've had enough they know you can push yourself a little harder. Best place to be at for your mentally and physical health.

I joined the legs and core class. It was challenging with great exercises. If I’m not contemplating why I joined the class then it was a waste of time. I was questioning myself in the first 10min lol. Rodney is a great coach! He’s very encouraging and the crew was supportive. I’ll be back for more!

Great way to start any morning! Coach Rodney and all the coaches always pushes you to be your best and the people at the gym do too! As a beginner he takes the time to teach me the right way to safely lift, reminding me to focus on form. Once the form is learned he adds encouragement to challenge myself with weight. I recently joined Alpha team and my first day couldn't be better. Rodney, the couch made sure about my safety as it was my first time and progressively with their help I can see improvements already. The people there is what I love the most besides the workouts. They are truly a family. Honestly my favourite place to train in LA.
