I greatly appreciate Christopher’s prompt response and knowledge. He walked me through our water damage claim, removed the water and mold then replaced everything. Insurance paid Emergency Restoration directly. I was surprised when they covered our floors, protected or furniture. We’ve not seen that level care from a contractor. Had a massive fire and was looking for a company that could do it all. They answered the phone late on a holiday weekend and had a good enough sales pitch so i felt better. They were supposed to call me back this morning between 8-9 and I've not heard a peep. So the initial contact went well but the follow up simply didn't happen
