Carter Fitness
I have been a member of Carter Fitness for just over 4 months now, and I have nothing but exemplary things to say. My fitness journey over the years has waxed and waned given lack of motivation at times, and I have been a part of many “corporate” gyms in the past, but the one thing I love the most at Carter Fitness is that I have never lost the motivation. Not once. It has only strengthened. Never in a million years did I think I could wake up for a 5:15am strength class 2-3x/week. Carter Fitness changed that. I feel a yearning to go to the gym because I am held accountable by my coaches, and the sense of camaraderie amongst the members is something special that I have never been a part of. It is just incredible. Unlike prior gyms, where I was not held accountable and would sort of come and go as I pleased often with weeks in between, I did not thrive and quite honestly just gave up. I now feel great every day whether I work out or not because I am healthier, more motivated to take on the work day, and more focused on my own health and maintaining that level of health. I eat better. I sleep better. I manage stress better. My work-life balance is better. The coaches (Jimmy, Maria, and Greg) are truly exceptional at what they do. A basic difference here at Carter Fitness is that good exercise form is very important to achieve one’s goals as opposed to just lifting heavy and risking injury with crap form. Simply put, I can’t thank these guys enough for fundamentally changing the way I view the importance of good health. I now have a better relationship with exercise and diet and these guys helped make that transformation happen! Thank you, Carter Fitness!
