Club Active Tweed
Thank you Jono for recognising and creating a gym that supports the over 50’s! Whether you have physical or medical issues your wonderful staff are able to tailor programs to the individual and keep an eye on those who need it the whole time. My 83 year old mum comes with us who does have quite a bit going on and she feels safe and supported always (I never thought I’d see her in a gym) When mum started there she was using a walker now she’s back to a walking stick, she’s very happy and so are we.Another great thing is you only employ Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists and not fitness instructors which makes a very big difference when assessing and tailoring individual programs.I/we want to give a special shout out to Sally (EP) and Paul (physio)👍🏻👍🏻Firstly Sally, she has improved our quality of life both physically and mentally with her ongoing assessments and ever changing programs that support our ever changing needs, she is very friendly, non judgmental, professional and a really lovely person (3 of us) Thank you Sally👏🏻Secondly Paul (physio), well as he knows none of us have had a good experience with Physiotherapists until now! He is the only physio to ever make a difference without causing more pain, he listens, explains in layman’s terms and treats appropriately. He makes you feel comfortable and safe in his hands, all in a professional and friendly way, a really nice bloke. Thanks Paul👍🏻Lastly a big thank you to all staff, every one of them are happy to help, supportive, friendly and professional. Thank you all 👏🏻Apologies for the long review, it’s difficult to express in a short passage and everyone knows I can talk🤣 K, J, V.
