As a first-time home buyer, this was all uncharted territory for me. Josh was readily available to answer any questions I had and give good, honest feedback. Additionally, Josh was very accommodating as far as having availability to show us houses and work around our hectic schedules. Interestingly enough, the house we ended up purchasing, had to be viewed on multiple occasions as I was stuck at work during the initial walk through.
