We came to Harrisburg because of the videos that Josh and Aaron made on their you tube channel “Living in Central PA” that were very informative and helped us to get a good sense of the Harrisburg, PA area and what to expect. When we met up with them, they went by our time frame and listened to what we were looking for in a house and neighborhood. They made the process fun and personable while also being extremely professional. As first time homebuyers, they really helped us navigate the different nuances of the house buying process. They went above and beyond to set up showings, answer our questions, and make offers even sometimes working late at night. I highly recommend using Josh and Aaron as your realtors!

I can't thank Josh enough for all of his hard work, dedication, and due diligence. From the onset Josh was extremely easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable. As a first-time home buyer, this was all uncharted territory for me. Josh was readily available to answer any questions I had and give good, honest feedback. Additionally, Josh was very accommodating as far as having availability to show us houses and work around our hectic schedules. Interestingly enough, the house we ended up purchasing, had to be viewed on multiple occasions as I was stuck at work during the initial walk through.
