We had issues with our furnace igniting. We called Peter’s for a second opinion as the first company we had diagnosed the issue as a cracked heat exchanger and had us turn the furnace off due to the possibility of CO poisoning.Peter’s technician came out and partially disassembled the unit and showed us the heat exchanger was OK. He found the problem to be a plugged orifice and tube. He cleaned it and ran a CO test by each vent in our home and ensured us we had no issues with the heat exchanger. Encouraged us to buy our own stand alone CO detectors.The bill for their service was 1% of what we were quoted from the first company to replace our entire HVAC system due to the “cracked” heat exchanger and age of our unit. We have not had any issues since with the furnace igniting. They are a wonderful home town, small town company and highly recommended giving them a call for your HVAC service.

I had a new air conditioner system put in plus a furnace. These guys are very organized in how they do things they got it all figured out and got it installed and I'm very impressed. They were all very professional and very patient with me when I had questions and very detail-oriented.
