TLDR: Great, flavorful vegan options in a room that is bright and fun, with super kind staff!Service: Exceptionally kind who gave my wife a surprise treat for free and explained all the vegan options on the menu understanding no fish or dairy.Atmosphere: the room is very coconut island vibe with palms and bamboo everywhere. It is super inviting and cozy.Food: we had the veggie dumplings (confirmed vegan by chef), mapo tofu, dandan noodles, and cucumber appetizer. Each dish was unique, had great flavor, was clearly made with care, and filled us up! Compared to so many restaurants on Cayman, Coconut Room was reasonably priced, with good portions, and was actually delicious!

It's rare that every single dish you order isoutstanding, but that was honestly the case for us. We had the ceviche, dumplings, pancit, pork adobo, dan dan noodles, pork bao, and snapper - every single one was a knockout. HK french toast and homemade ube ice cream for dessert. Easily the best meal we've had so far on our trip. Rhesty your recommendations were excellent, thanks for taking care of us tonight!|

Absolutely one of my favorite restaurants during our visit. Literally every dish we had(coconut shrimp tacos, braised beef and noodles and sweet & sour chicken) was perfection. We will definitely make this a go-to on our next visit!
