I chose TRG (The Roofing Guys) to replace my roof after some bad wind damaged our roof. I couldn’t be happier and know I made a great decision. They not only worked with me on the whole replacement process but also advised me on how to navigate the insurance side, which was cumbersome, showing me they were with me the whole way. I had A LOT of questions and they were not only positive and understanding but also VERY quick to respond. Their industry knowledge is second to none and Josh and Jay are just easy to talk to! Went to The Roofing Guys to replace a relatively small area of shingles near a part of the roof gutter which had blown off our new home in high winds because of a favorable experience at our former home.Alex and his partner showed up right at the promised time and completed the replacement of the shingles which had blown off in a reasonably short time. Alex also confirmed when I asked whether any water had gotten into the roof because of the missing shingles and lots of rain, that it was unlikely because of ice guard in the area.About as impressive as the manner in which they did the work and cleanup was that without my asking him to do so Alex walked our entire roof before they pulled their ladders to check if there was any problem with shingles in any other area of our roof. That type of unrequested service certainly was a mark of real professionals.Thank you Alex, your Partner, and The Roofing Guys. I had a gutter problem that allowed water to splash off the roof, plus the roof itself was almost 18 years old. Grant was very helpful in explaining everything that could be done to fix the problem. The workers repaired and replaced the roof in less than a day and I’ve already gotten compliments. The gutters and leaf guards were completed and the problem is fixed. I was really impressed with the cleanup around the whole yard, landscaping and driveway. Grant, Brady and the whole crew did a great job, and at a fair price.
