The Roofing Guys did a great job on our roof, and made sure the quality was present. They were great communicators and very patient waiting to start the job until our solar panels were removed.

The Roofing Guys did a fantastic job replacing our roof. I had my roof and gutters replaced in June. The process was professional and the quote was spot on. I had a minor glitch with one of the gutters and it was fixed ASAP, no issues with making it right.

We had our rear gutter knocked off during a bad storm and needed it replaced. Searched around to get estimates and Grant was out within a couple of days. Extremely professional, courteous, and most of all, NOT “salesy” like the second company that gave us a quote and a ridiculous sales pitch.Best of all, our gutter was replaced even before THREE other companies I contacted would even schedule to come give an estimate! We would highly recommend The Roofing Guys to help out and handle this type of stressful situation.

I really appreciated that James didn’t just tell us what we needed, he actually showed us our choices. After our insurance claim was approved, Reign Roofing walked us through different roofing materials and styles. We were able to pick something that fit the look of our home. The final result exceeded our expectations.

Highly recommend this company. They were so great to work with and did exceptional work on the roof. Great team and very communicative. If you had recent storm damage in central Ohio - be sure to give them a call.I met them at one of the Home & Garden shows this Spring - there were a lot of roofing companies to choose from. This company was the only one that didn't seem like a used car salesman and truely made us feel like it was about our need and not the $$.Be sure to give them a call!!

Couldn’t be happier with our experience with TRG! Jay Baker made the process easy and seamless. He took great care of us! He communicated and took care of all of the details. We had no prior experience of how this would work. Can’t say enough about how happy we are with the new roof! The company is legit!

I got exactly what was promised. Easy, quick and thorough communication. Got a whole new roof for only the price of my deductible. Thank you again Jay Baker!

I chose TRG (The Roofing Guys) to replace my roof after some bad wind damaged our roof. I couldn’t be happier and know I made a great decision. They not only worked with me on the whole replacement process but also advised me on how to navigate the insurance side, which was cumbersome, showing me they were with me the whole way. I had A LOT of questions and they were not only positive and understanding but also VERY quick to respond. Their industry knowledge is second to none and Josh and Jay are just easy to talk to! Bonus: because they removed some vents and put a roof peak ventilation system in I swear I’m saving on energy bills, what a win!!!Moral of the story: CHOOSE TRG, you’ll be thankful you did!!!

We had a great experience with Josh! He was able to come out quickly and get our roof damage fixed before we had long term issues!

We used the Roofing Guys to help when our church had its roof torn off in the storms this spring. Josh was great to work with, he handled all the work with the insurance company, worked things out when unexpected decking issues came up, and put on a great looking roof. I genuinely can't say enough how much I appreciated their help during a difficult situation. If you need a roof or have damage, I would definitely recommend calling Josh and the Roofing Guys.

Our whole experience with this team was fantastic. Grant came for our initial visit to scope the work and provide a quote. We were fortunate that recent storms had noticeably damaged our roof and we were able to get the roof covered by insurance. Grant helped coach us through the process to ensure that everything was properly documented. Everything ran smooth from quote through installation. I highly recommend this team - they were on top of everything!

Worked with Grant Jones and The Roofing Guys on a full exterior replacement (roof and siding), and they did an amazing job. Grant was super patient throughout the entire process and was a massive help when it came to navigating the insurance side of things. He genuinely cared about the quality of the job and worked hard to make sure we were completely happy with the final outcome. Honest, hard-working, and highly recommended!

I highly recommend The Roofing Guys! Writing reviews isn't my strong suit, but I had to share how great this experience was. Josh Gallagan came out for the initial inspection and was wonderful. He was extremely attentive and, above all, completely honest—he let me know that my house didn't actually need a new roof, but my barn did.I really appreciated that honesty and had them replace the barn roof. The crew came out and did a fantastic job! It is rare to find that level of integrity and quality service these days. Thank you!

Went to The Roofing Guys to replace a relatively small area of shingles near a part of the roof gutter which had blown off our new home in high winds because of a favorable experience at our former home.Alex and his partner showed up right at the promised time and completed the replacement of the shingles which had blown off in a reasonably short time. Alex also confirmed when I asked whether any water had gotten into the roof because of the missing shingles and lots of rain, that it was unlikely because of ice guard in the area.About as impressive as the manner in which they did the work and cleanup was that without my asking him to do so Alex walked our entire roof before they pulled their ladders to check if there was any problem with shingles in any other area of our roof. That type of unrequested service certainly was a mark of real professionals.Thank you Alex, your Partner, and The Roofing Guys. I surely would recommend The Roofing Guys to anyone needing assistance with roofing work.
