We called Restoration 1 because we had mold due to air conditioning water leakage. They came out and inspected and sent us an estimate. Daniel and Thomas were professional and thorough in their explanations. They were successful in having the mold removed. I would recommend this company if you are having mold problems.

I highly recommend Restoration 1 for their outstanding water mitigation service, but over and above I want to recognize their fantastic customer service and kindness during a stressful time.Abel was the first to come to visit our home, and we cannot thank him enough for utilizing his knowledge to explain to us what was going on with our issue, and then to further explain all the (very loud) machines & testing of water levels.We appreciate how awkward it must be for each team member to have to come by a house daily such as ours – but we very much enjoyed Abel & Josh being here to help us along.Certainly happy to recommend Restoration 1 to all – we could not be more impressed with this company!

I can't say enough about Matt (president of emergency services) and Blake (VP of emergency services). They were incredibly informative and helpful in my time of need. I was treated with respect and I trust them completely to get the job done the right way. Would %100 recommend!

Our experience with Abel and Josh from Restoration 1 was outstanding! The communication was excellent, we knew exactly when they were coming to our home - and they worked with us to tie into our schedules which made everything so much easier and less stressful.
