Nahom was professional, on time, and explains everything in great detail. WouldNot hesitate to recommend him or Restoration 1.Thomas B also came by several days to check on the status of things. He called every time in advance to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time. He also took the time to explain everything he was doing to me, why they were doing each step and about how long to complete. Today Thomas stopped by and everything was done. He promptly removed all thier equipment, cleaned up the area and left it looking great. I appreciate all that Restoration 1 did. Having a water leak that damages most of your kitchen is never fun for sure. Having a company that comes in that is professional and does a great job helps at least.

They were amazingly efficient and helpful. First, they came to the house for a free assessment and gave us a detailed estimate of the restoration plan. They were always very punctual and went out of the way to be helpful. In fact, they provided me with a damage report for a personal class action lawsuit in on day. I highly recommend this company for its great and professional service.
