He is caring and respectful, very experienced and explains in detail every aspect of the treatment recommended. After Fixing my cavities I got a stabilizing appliance that helps me with grinding and clenching and I can say without a doubt that it has saved my teeth and jaw for the long run. No dentist had told me or explained to me before, the damage I was causing to my teeth by grinding every night. Dental hygienist took a lot of time deep cleaning my teeth 2 weeks ago and today Dr. Vayner did an awesome job fixing a tooth that was cracked. I had neglected my teeth for many years and this year was the first time I'd gone to a dentist in 5..6 years. The staff is super friendly and Dr. Vayner is professional, welcoming and knowledgeable. He will take the time to explain to you procedures and healthy ways to care for your teeth, and in my case, TMJ. He also referred me to an oral surgeon for wisdom teeth removal and they did a wonderful job. I also get cleanings from Esthetic Smile which can be scary because teeth and gums are sensitive! I've had two cleanings so far and the hygienists do a great job. Each person's dental health is different so some areas on my teeth are more sensitive so the discomfort level will vary based on where you're at. I would recommend this business if you're unsure on where to go to see a dentist for whatever needs you have. I feel safe and in good hands here which is extremely important. Less

Dr.Vayner did an extraction. I'd have to say from my first impression these people are nice. He made sure I was comfortable and didn't feel any pain. They got the job done. Getting the job done and making sure the client is good throughout the procedure is incredibly important. The only thing I can complain about is when they offered the water to take the pain killer pill, the cup was dirty. I even mentioned it to him, but he said that it's because the cup is left out and stacked. I had to ask for another cup. So if you do go just make sure before you drink or rinse up with the cup they offer to see if it's clean. I don't know if I want this place to be longterm for me, but I'll have to see, just in case someone out there is wondering if this is a good place to go. I'd say check it out. I started coming to Esthetic Smile last year because of a Groupon offer. I waited to go to a dentist for years because I didn't like how rough my past dentists were; I have a slight fear of dentists and the sound of metal on teeth drives me mad. Because I was reluctant, it took me six years until I found Esthetic Smile. Their dental hygienist is so sincere, sweet, and professional. I had to go in for a deep cleaning (which is never fun), but she was extremely kind and made me feel completely at ease. Not to mention my teeth felt like a million bucks after! Dr. Vaynor is very gentle and does not surprise you with anesthesia, like some dentists who don't tell you when they're going to prick you! His hands are very light and I barely felt a thing (I hate getting anesthesia). He also gives the right amount! I was only numb for a couple of hours before I could eat again. Moreover, he seems genuinely concerned about the look and health of your teeth. His office staff are very nice, knowledgeable, professional. My only con is that I live 40 miles away!
