For the people that know me here on the waterways in Mandalay Bay my carpet almost looks brand new… Actually having a golden retriever and her bringing different things in and out of the house I couldn’t believe how clean my carpets came out. William was very polite and also comical! He was timely and respectful.. my carpets had not been cleaned since they were new which was 10 years! A job that spacewise could have probably been done in 2 or 3 hours took him 8!!! Two flights of stairs two large bedrooms and a hallway. (Tri level condo! Which in itself is a challenge for multiple reasons).. He and his partner worked very very hard and thorough. This is my first time using him and I'm so glad I chose him! ( versus a larger company /mass overhead and rushing .) He wven let me borrow his industrial fan for my stairs over night! Small gestures make BIG impacts ... Highly recommend (was also affordable) Oh and my Jack Russell approved of them as well! 🐾 (Important since I had to leave twice during! And yes I felt comfortable enough doing that) (Pictures are them hard at work! Also some before and after pictures). 😲!!!
