Today, 07/25, we went on the kayak tour with my family for the first time, and it was truly a wonderful experience!!!Our guide Doug was very, very kind and friendly. He was especially thoughtful knowing that my husband doesn’t speak English and that, since it was his first time kayaking, he wasn’t exactly a pro with the paddles 😂. Even so, Doug was extremely patient and helpful.Throughout the tour, he shared really interesting facts with us (like how some cacti change color when they get wet), and he constantly checked in to make sure we were doing well and enjoying ourselves.It was our first time, but it definitely won’t be our last… I’m sorry, Doug, but you’re going to have to deal with my husband again! 😅

EJ was our tour guide and he was the best! Super knowledgeable and really easygoing, he had snacks and drinks for everyone and his son was the absolute cutest! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to go here, we had a great time!

Had the best time on the kayak trip from willow beach to the emerald cave and back! Worth every penny! Our guide Eddie was the best. Will definitely be back on other tours and with other people. Highly recommend!

Just came back from kayaking with Robert this weekend. He was very patient and kind. Gave us water and snacks and lifevest we tookniur 24 yr old with us. He was very informative of the area and we got lots of pictures! Highly recommend them! The area is beautiful.

We just loved the experience! Faith was welcoming to us all and so knowledgeable both of the Hoover Dam (which was part of our tour) as well as all the nature, formations, and views along our 4 hour kayak trek! She brought us all together as a group! And at one point a mermaid came and even visited us along the tour (totally unexpected). The scenery was so beautiful, the water absolutely perfect, and the chill of the river so refreshing with the bright sun on our lunch break (very tasty lunch)! And the Kayaks were well equipped with a special rudder at the back to help ensuring we stayed on track. Even had water guns provided to soak each other along the way. We were a wide range of ages in our group (45 to 77) and one with a recent shoulder surgery and we were all able to do the tour just great! Thanks so much to Faith and her team for making a wonderful experience for our family!

Such an amazing unforgettable experience! Our guide Eddie and his partner did a phenomenal job showing me and my family the sights down the river, teaching us (as 1st timers) how to kayak not to mention when the little ones (8 & 9) grew tired they had no problem tugging them along. We can’t wait to go again!

We had an unforgettable adventure with Eddie on our kayak trip to Emerald Cave. Along the way, he shared fascinating insights about the area’s history and culture, and even led us on a short hike to a scenic overlook, pointing out native plants and explaining their cultural and medicinal uses.Emerald Cave itself was stunning—the water was a shade I’ve never seen before, glowing as it reflected off the cave walls. Eddie captured the experience with photos and videos throughout the trip, which made it even more special.On the way back, I struggled due to a wrist injury, and Eddie went above and beyond by tethering our kayak and helping me return safely. I would recommend him without hesitation—he’s knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely fun to spend the day with.

Eddie and the gang were wonderful! Clear communication throughout the rental process. They were one of the few places that allowed you to do a self guided kayak tour by yourself!! Could not have asked for a better experience! They even included snacks and water for me! 11/10 highly recommend!!

My daughter was initially a bit nervous about kayaking on her own, but Jonny reassured her and made her feel confident—and she ended up loving it! The experience itself is fantastic, with absolutely stunning views throughout. Just be prepared to get a little wet, and there’s a short uphill hike, but no special footwear is needed. Highly recommend this tour!

This was honestly so fun. Our guide was Eddie. We rented tandem kayaks to do with our kids and it worked out perfectly. It was about 3.5 hours and 4 miles of paddling but it was smooth the whole way. Granted we had a beautiful day. Be aware of the sit to get into emerald cave though, with multiple tours that do this same trip- you can wait up to an hour near the cave just to get your photo. Our guide had snacks, and that was a perfect time to take a break! They also took pictures and videos for us, so you can just take in the views!

We had the perfect day with THE best guide. Pure magic. Johnny’s vibe was exactly right for our family adventure down the Colorado River. The weather Gods were completely with us the entire way. The stop at the Emerald Cave was perfection with the afternoon sun casting the ideal light for us. Totally unexpected bonus was the opportunity to do little cliff jumping and cool off in the river before heading back to base. Johnny was super generous in providing plenty of snacks and ice cold water! We couldn’t be happier with the whole day 💙
