Good guys, on time, did good job on vinyl fence, excellent job on driveway and walkway around house. Over all good job on house. Couple things I wish were better. I emphasized the importance of a good cleaning job on passage between house and garage. I believe they worked on it twice, but closer look right near the front door shows missed attention to details that I will have to take care of myself. The passage is a tough area to clean and needed even more work to get it up to the level that matched the rest of the house.The other is partly my fault. I would have asked to include the basement stairs and would happily paid to have that done. Unfortunately I didn't notice the missed chance to do that job. I will have to hose down and clean the steps from the dirt cleaned off the walls above. That's a bit of a mess but it won't take too long to fix.I want to say to anyone reading this that there was a lot to do and almost every bit of it was done really well.

I manage associations and met with Nico, the rep, to show him the units that needed to be cleaned. He gave me the quote and the timeline right away. They were there when they said they'd be there and did a great job. The homeowner's of the units they cleaned were thrilled. Great job and I will have them power wash any other buildings that need it as well.
