Great value for money. My room had everything I needed, tv, kettle, on suite bathroom. Easy parking, simple check-in (up til 8pm), and 24hr access. Continental breakfast is included in your booking with a great Full English upgrade available for just £10 extra. The breakfast area is nice and bright, with excellent views across the garden and pond. They have a newly refurbished piano bar with a beautiful white baby-grand piano as a centrepiece which I believe the hostess plays during the evenings (although I wasn't around to try the bar). The staff were amazing and really welcoming, and both the hostess and the chef's charm were both enjoyable, quirky, and pleasant. Would stay again next time I'm in need of a place in the area.

😀 - The hotel room was ready on time, a really easy check-in and the room had everything that we needed. It was so quite and peaceful, I'm a light sleeper so I worry about hotels but this one I didnt even use my ear plugs. We stayed for 5nights and it was really comfortable, the bath was really big too, so after a day of exploring it was nice to have a soak. The hotel were very kind and catered for my gulten free diet and the staff were really nice welcoming and friendly and nice to chat with. 😞 - The room had quite abit of mold in the bedroom and seemed to grow more as we stayed longer

😀 - Great location, very welcoming and helpful staff, comfortable bed and the room was cozy. 😞 - It is quite an old place with some aspects which could do with a facelift.

😀 - Kathy and her team were very friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Superb position in a quiet area but so convenient for sea front, harbour and transport. 😞 - It is a venerable old building, so has some of the foibles of one. Without massive expense, the team are making the most of the quaint rooms and passageways.
