😀 - Fantastic lodge in a brilliant location. Can't see a property for miles! The quiet is lovely and peaceful. The lodges are very well equipped and the furniture lovely. The lodge had everything you could want and the hot tub is a lovely added bonus. Opportunity to get up close to the animals was great for the kids. We had a lovely time and wish we could have stayed longer. 😞 - Nothing.

We stayed at Montana Guest Hill Ranch for two nights and had a truly wonderful experience. Elaine and Al are absolutely outstanding hosts who go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable.We had booked the older Heritage House because the newer cabins were already fully booked. We were perfectly happy with our choice and found the Heritage House charming, cozy, and full of character. When a cancellation came up, however, Elaine and Al went out of their way to prepare one of the newer cabins with a private hot tub for us for our second night. They practically insisted on the upgrade, despite the extra work it created for them. It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly valued and made our stay even more memorable.There is so much to discover on the ranch. We enjoyed walking the beautiful forest trail, had the opportunity to feed baby calves with milk bottles, and even tried axe throwing. A personal highlight for me was the horseback riding lesson. The instruction was tailored entirely to my individual needs and experience level, making it both enjoyable and rewarding.Elaine is an exceptional cook. Every day she served us a wonderful breakfast and an outstanding homemade dinner with dessert. You can truly taste the care and passion she puts into every meal—she cooks and bakes everything herself. The food was absolutely delicious, generous, and simply heavenly.What stood out most was how much Elaine and Al genuinely care about their guests. They create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and make you feel like more than just a visitor.Overall, we had a beautiful, authentic ranch experience and enjoyed some wonderful conversations with our hosts. We left with great memories and would highly recommend Montana Guest Hill Ranch to anyone looking for genuine hospitality, amazing food, unique activities, and a true taste of ranch life.
