We couldn't be happier with our deck! Levi and Kallie were super easy to work with and truly care about their clients and quality of their work. Their attention to detail is amazing, and they didn't try to oversell anything. They didn't charge us for materials that they switched to and arguably upgraded between when we got our quote and when we were able to build. They explained why taping the deck was so important for longevity, and went the extra mile to build the deck in a way that is going to last decades. The few minor things we did find at the final inspection they fixed immediately. Their pricing is extremely reasonable and was super competitive compared to other contractors. To top it all off, they even sent us a thank you note with a gift card after it was all done. Can't recommend this amazing couple enough. If you need a deck give them a call.

We can’t say enough good things about B & B Customs. They just finished an awning, railing all around the deck and down the stairs, rebuilt our stairs and also reinforced the deck to be much safer and be able to hold the awning. We chose them because unlike other companies we had come do bids, Levi looked at the entire structure of the deck and explained there would need to be things done to be able to hold the awning and also gave other options if we didn’t want to do the extra work or if we wanted to keep our old railing. They (both Levi and Kallie) were always in contact with us and got back to us in a very timely manner if we had questions. We definitely recommend them. Their work is great.

B&B customs did a wonderful job of building me a brand, new deck, installing awning over my deck and patio, and installing my railings. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the railings. They assisted me in working through the guarantee and warranty process and I got brand new railings installed in a single day. I am always recommending B&B customs to people that I know when the topic of decks comes up.

About a little over a year ago I decided to do a deck replacement and expansion. I researched all deck companies websites and their installers, BBB, individual installers websites galleries and tons of reviews. Got five bids. I thought I had made the best decision and the deck company wouldn't answer my questions. I had one question and was going to hope for the best in signing the contract. Made me sick to my stomach to even think about using them. Then I was ghosted. The question never answered. This led me to B & B Customs. What a BLESSING! Kallie and Levi answered all my questions and were on top of a back order issue. The contract contained details they would do that I had not even considered. The back order issue was worse than anyone could have known. B & B bent over backwards to try to take care of the issue and make sure I was satisfied. They went above and beyond for me in resolving the issue. You can't go wrong with this company. I would highly recommend them. Thanks B & B, I love my deck and railing.
