I contacted Kevin Wilson Locksmith as my SentrySafe would not open by code even though all lights and sounds were present when I entered the unlock code. In a matter of minutes, they resolved my issue over the phone instead of having the need to come out to my home. I hadn’t considered moving the battery around since power was on the box. I am not sure if it was the wiring that was loose or the battery, but I had a sigh of relief after getting off the phone that I could access my valuable again.
