I have an antique china cabinet that was locked and I couldn’t find the key. I called Kevin who tirelessly worked to find a key to unlock it. Kevin and Greg did an amazing job assessing what we needed and then replacing our 38 year old door handles and locks. They helped us choose just the right products to blend in with existing handles not being replaced. The double front door handles are so beautiful it makes it look like we replaced the doors as well. I contacted Kevin Wilson Locksmith as my SentrySafe would not open by code even though all lights and sounds were present when I entered the unlock code. In a matter of minutes, they resolved my issue over the phone instead of having the need to come out to my home. I hadn’t considered moving the battery around since power was on the box. I am not sure if it was the wiring that was loose or the battery, but I had a sigh of relief after getting off the phone that I could access my valuable again. The quick phone assistance was so appreciated, and I recommend Kevin Wilson Locksmith as they were very polite and offered to come out to my place if phone suggestions did not work.
