I had an excellent experience with Nicholas Walker our Hero/ Equipment Technician. He really is amazing! He's sweet, always available to help whenever needed, and demonstrates incredible professionalism and patience. While his company's name is Hero, to me, he's truly my hero.

My laptop started blue screening randomly and I couldn't figure out why. Tried a few things myself but made it worse honestly. Texted Eric not expecting much on a Saturday but he got back to me same day. Dropped it off, he found the issue was a failing SSD, replaced it and recovered most of my files. Whole thing took two days. Works perfect now, no more crashes.

The communication, response time, and timeliness of completing my ticket were all excellent.
