Very nice gun shop. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Seems like they have a good rotation of new and used guns. Plenty of accessories. I have also done a few FFL transfers here, which they do cheaper than anybody else that I’ve seen locally, and is also quick and easy.

Excellent place, they have guns in never thought id see in real life and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, had them "gun smith" something for me and the gentleman removed a stripped bolt off my gun.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Alpha Defense. Every time I’ve had a problem with one of my firearms, they’ve taken the time to help me figure it out instead of rushing me out the door. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and very communicative. They’re always willing to answer questions, explain things clearly, and make sure you understand what’s going on. This shop was a great find. Martha and Shane were very helpful and I look forward to getting my next gun here. I used to shop at another shop but the staff here really went the extra mile. They are actually able to do special orders also which is getting hard to come by with gun shops.

Out of all the gun shops I’ve been to this one is easily the best and my most visited. Jaime was super helpful with my optic install and went the extra mile. I highly recommend this place The customer service here is awesome. I went in here with a problem with my slide on a SUNDAY without really expecting a fix. Kodi was in , helped me out with the slide within half hour and sent me a text for pickup. Very informative and willing to help. They treat the customers the right way.

I cannot say enough good things about this place, 5 stars really isn't enough. Where to begin? The selection is phenomenal and they are able to order stuff for you if they don't have it in store. They have an amazing variety of ammo, parts, magazines and basically everything and anything you could need. The most important thing though, is the staff are both EXTREMELY friendly but more importantly, very knowledgeable about their products and firearms in general. Kody has helped me with so many questions and believe it or not it is not always easy to find a place that knows their stuff and can help you every step of the way. if you have not already been to this store, it is a must go on everyone's list. Huge thanks to Cody at Alpha Defense for helping me remove the safety/decocker pin on my Beretta PX4 slide. He told me upfront it might take some time, but less than 30 minutes after I dropped it off I got a pickup message. Clean work, super helpful, and he didn’t even charge me. Definitely appreciate the customer service and professionalism. Highly recommend.
