Their passion, care, and commitment to their customers were felt throughout the entire process.The sales and design team was fantastic. Kai and Caleb were incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They answered what felt like countless questions during our design and proposal process and took the time to make sure we understood every detail. They truly listened to what we wanted and helped bring our vision to life.Griffin and his administration team were also top-notch. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were always available whenever we had a question or needed clarification. More importantly, they continually checked in to make sure we were comfortable with the process and confident that we were going to love the finished project. That level of personal attention really stood out to us.We were also extremely impressed with the communication and coordination of the timeline and all of the subcontracted partners involved. Everything felt organized and professionally managed. We always knew what was happening next, who would be involved, and what to expect throughout each stage of the project.The installation team was phenomenal. They were incredibly clean, efficient, and respectful of our home. They consistently arrived prepared with drop cloths, kept the work area tidy, and checked in with us before each major construction step. It turned out even better than we imagined, and we are so excited to start making amazing memories with family and friends around our new grill.
