Impact Sports Performance

I started training at Impact six months after my first ACL surgery. I was nervous to make the change from simple physical therapy to getting back into sports. To say I was intimidated was an understatement. The training there is far above the level of conditioning and weightlifting that I was used to. Then I met John Dalson. John was my trainer through my first, and second ACL bridge. He helped me gain back my agility and speed when I thought it would never be the same as it was. The ACL bridge program consisted of disciplined lateral movements, endurance testing and games to keep it fun. I continued to train all throughout the winter, even after I had officially come back to sport. After my second ACL tear, I not only needed physical help, but my confidence in my body was at an all time low. The Impact staff not only provided me with intense coaching, but also constant support that helped me prepare myself for the physical, and mental parts of returning to sport. The Impact community is something special. I love getting to see my trainers at my games and building connections with the staff. Impact helped guide me through the hardest parts of my athletic career, and cheered me on through the best. Impact has helped me come back as a stronger, faster, and kinder athlete, and I will forever be grateful for all it has provided me.
