I have had nothing but positive experiences with Oakland Oil. Every interaction I’ve had with Will, Kim, and Paula has been a wonderful. They answered all of my questions, explained things in a way that was easy to understand and returned calls quickly. Truly the best propane business in our area!!

Will Upole of Oakland Oil was very responsive and helpful in our transition from oil to propane. Some questions arose during the tank removal and installation process and he quickly returned our calls and came on site to provide guidance.

Small enough to know the president of the company. They do care about their employees. Fair pay for the area. Not unreasonable work loads. Management is easy to talk to.

Oakland Oil & Propane is the best choice in our area for propane. With over 20 inches of snow they were able to get up our steep driveway to fill our propane tank. (They messaged ahead of time so that we could clear the lane) This isn’t the first time they have made sure our needs are met. Their drivers do everything possible to get to us through the winter. Your efforts are appreciated.

Truly wish I could give 10 stars. This company is not only prompt and professional they are kind, courteous and Friendly. Also they have an emergency number so they can help if you really need them and don't know what else to do Every single person I've had the pleasure to talk with the past few times getting service from here I always hang up smiling and in a good mood . If you live in the areas they service I suggest you have them handle all your Oil & Propane needs ,you'll be glad you did.

Tristen arrived on time and completed the installation without issue. He kept the workspace clean and explained the fireplace operation before leaving. I would recommend Tristen.

Tristen from Deep Creek Fireplace was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He was patient with my questions and showing me how everything works. He demonstrates confidence in his technical and product knowledge. He came to work on two gas appliances that have been around for a long time and has them looking and running great.

Been using these guys since 2016 and they are great! The service is spot on and I’ve never had any issue getting propane delivered when needed. The automatic online tank level tracking and auto fill service takes the guess work out of when a filling is needed. Love these guys! Highly recommend.
