When my garage door opener stopped working over the weekend , I called the service manager I had dealt with in the past to troubleshoot the problem on Sunday . He helped me determine that it was probably due to motor dysfunction in my 27 year old opener. . He gave me my options for a new WiFi enabled garage door opener and set up installation for Monday afternoon . The service technician did a great job and showed me how to use the app .
