I know Richard and Kim from networking events and they truly seem passionate about helping the senior community. I reached out because I was trying to help clear out my mom’s garage, which is not an easy mission because she has a hard time letting go of things. My main goal was to get rid of a glass red dining set but she was only willing to part with the chairs, not the table. Kim even sent Richard and Luis with a lovely Asian doll as a sweet little bribe for my mom. My mom loved the doll, but the table still stayed LOL. Even though the table won this round, Richard and Luis were still able to pick up other items as a professional courtesy. They were kind, professional, and easy to work with. These guys are awesome! Stand up, trustworthy work hard. I’m a contractor in Seattle and came down to help my parents. These guys picked up my call on a Sunday, showed up a few hours later, and got it done. No sales gimmicks. “Just here’s the price, are you ok with that? To start off I just want to say that Richard is truly a heaven sent man. Due to a recent death I had to move out because it was to expensive to continue to live there by myself so I told the leasing company and long story short feels like they don’t care.Richard has helped me remove all junk that has to be off premises the first day. The following day I had to do last minute cleaning and found more junk nothing big to also be removed so I called him back up. To do repeat business says a lot , everything from communication, respectfulness, punctuality is a 10/10. If you need junk removal take it from me and call Richard.
