We recently used Bowman Home Inspections and had an excellent experience. Both Keith and his son arrived early for the inspection, which was a huge help as I was on a tight schedule. They had already started examining the exterior of the home by the time I arrived, which was much appreciated.We reviewed their initial findings together and then moved inside, walking room by room. Keith answered every question I had thoroughly and never made me feel rushed. Watching Keith and his son work together, it was clear they are a very thorough team — checking everything from outlets and appliances to windows and beyond. It was extremely beneficial to follow along and ask questions throughout the process.Both Keith and his son were professional, polite, and gave off a genuinely kind and friendly vibe.
