We had A1 Rentals supply a couple of tents for our outdoor wedding, and they were perfect. We initially booked them relatively last-minute when we saw rain in the forecast, and Takir got back to us in a super timely manner to get everything secured.Our wedding ended up having beautiful weather, but the tents were still a lifesaver—they provided much-needed shade for our guests and vendors during the ceremony and cocktail hour!The setup team arrived the day before and made the whole process quick and completely stress-free. Before leaving, they made sure we were 100% happy with where the tents were placed and even took the time to wipe them down so they looked spotless for our big day. A1 also gave us a great heads-up regarding their timeline for pickup and takedown.If you need reliable, high-quality rental equipment for your event, we can’t recommend A1 Rentals enough!

Very happy with their service!All silverware, tablecloths, napkins, water glasses and wine glasses were 100% clean and well organized. The tent looked great, and they even ended up coming 2 days early to set up because they had time, which was very convenient because it rained those days so we were able to keep the grass dry. They came later in the day on pick up day, which was convenient to give us plenty of time to clean and pack everything up (wedding hangover calls for slower takedown lol). Their communication is quick, and they were very patient with me making a million changes to my order. They have lots of different colour/style options for chairs, which is very nice to be able to choose what fits your vibe the best. Their prices are also extremely reasonable, and they don't markup just because they here the word "wedding". The guys who came for set up/take down were also very friendly! Would recommend to anyone looking for rentals.

A1 Party Rentals supplied a tent and dance floor for my daughters wedding last month. The prices were significantly less then other tent rental companies in the area. Takdir was great to deal with, quick to respond to emails and very accommodating. We had a last minute request to set up a day early and they were very flexible. The tent was clean and just what we needed.

Very pleased with our rental experienced with A1. We came to them with only a few weeks notice for a backyard party we were trying to put together and they had everything we needed AND the best price compared to other companies. I appreciated their honesty when inquired about certain products and they also saved us when our other rental bar showed up absolutely not what we ordered. A1 was able to add their bar to our order the day before delivery! As a customer, and as an event planner, I would 100% recommend A1 party rentals.

I had a 10/10 experience with A1 Party Rentals for my wedding! Renting chairs for my wedding was a decision I went back and forth on for so long and I am sooo happy I went with it. I am so appreciative of A1's patience as I ended up coming back to them a few months after saying I would go a different direction and they were happy to pick up right where we left off. The drop off/pick up was seamless and the chairs were GORG! They helped me pick ones that matched my venue so well sending me phone pictures in natural lighting so I knew exactly what I was booking. Rented 16 black garden chairs for a multi-week gallery exhibition and they worked wonderfully. They looked nice in the space and felt sturdy and comfortable for larger bodies (manufacturer lists 250 lb. weight capacity, but seated 400+ lb. just fine). All 16 chairs fit in our hatchback with the seats folded down. Very pleasantly surprised that the rental was under $250 for several weeks, as I was super intimidated about finding good-quality chairs for such a long period of time on short notice. Would totally use A-1 again.

Their chairs are wonderful! They were sturdy and beautiful chairs that helped us dress up our ceremony and reception area the way we dreamed of. They had a variety of options to fit a variety of themes and styles.They also offered a dance floor which was magnificient! It was soft, bouncy and not as large as the one at northview so it helped us make more space for the tables and it was large enough to fit all of our dancers. This might have been around 50-75 people on the dance floor at once.All promptly delivered as well and came in great shape for our wedding.I would recommend them for any of your chair, table and party rental needs!
