5 out 5 would highly recommend. I had only dryer vent cleaning done. Scheduling was easy. I called over lunch time, left a message, a young woman called me back with in 20 to 30 minutes. Scheduling was flexible and easy given the holidays and busy schedules. Then day off appt as requested, the tech, Andrew, called to let me know he was on the way. He and his helper were polite, friendly (with me and my dog), respectful (wore boot covers), mice and fast. Whole process took 20 to 30 minutes tops. Will use again, may also have them clean whole house vents, might wait a month to better afford instead of right after Christmas.

I had a great experience with Supreme Air Duct Cleaning. Scheduling an appointment was simple and they were able to fit me in just a few days later. The guys arrived right on time, and after Aaron explained the process, they got right to work. When they finished, Aaron told me this was the 1st time he had to stop and clean out the vac when they were only halfway done, probably isn't something to brag about. The guys were fast, and most importantly, didn't leave a mess! Before leaving, Aaron discussed a few things that I should do in the future, which I really appreciate because my husband always took care of the home maintenance but he passed away recently.
My house smells fabulous and the air in here seems 'lighter'. I would definitely recommend Supreme to anyone!

Only reason I put a 4 stair is they did miss some hair clumps that I can still see through my register but I have older registers so my guess is it collected behind the flap and when I closed it it dropped down, easy to miss. Overall I would recommend!

Chase was the technician that serviced our two dryer vents. We talked about our situation and the concerns we had. Chase then came up with a plan and explained that plan to me. The plan wasn't set in stone, it was conditional based on some before and after testing. I felt like he was trying to get us the best resolution possible. Chase did not try to sell us anything we didn't need. He still pointed out the different options that were available, but then went on to explain why he didn't think we needed them. Best of all, at the end, he told me if anything comes up with our dryer vents or if I have any problems or questions, that I could just call him on his cell phone. He basically made our service call feel like he was a close friend or a close relative who was "helping us out".
