Steve stepped up to source quality window cleaning help for us when we were under a time pressure to get that big job done when no other quality operators were available. He went out of his way to arrange for Alistair (AMO Window Cleaning) to be here. Alistair's work was awesome, he also went above and beyond even cleaning our long glass pool fence which he wasn't asked to do. A top guy who completed our windows, tracks and screens to a superb level. We were thrilled with the result he achieved on many, many windows - we have a large home. Thanks so much Steve & Alistair, quality help was so much appreciated.

Steve organised a house wash, including window clean and all hard surfaces as well. Our home has never looked better! The work was excellent, clean and fast and Steve was responsive and adapatable to our requests.

We reached out to Steve on very short notice for help with an external pre-sale clean (pressure wash & window clean) for our place in Bahrs Scrub. Steve arranged a team of highly efficient and professional cleaners who did a fantastic job on what is not an easy house. We were so grateful that they were able to come on short notice before our pre-sale photos. The house will be presented much better than we could have ever done ourselves.

Steve assisted our firm with clearing out an estate property that had been abandoned for many years and had previously been the home of a hoarder. The scale of the job was significant, involving the house as well as three sheds full of accumulated items.Steve and his team were efficient, and easy to work with throughout the process. They completed the clean-out much faster than we had anticipated and delivered a good result.

We recently hired a local handyman Steve West and his team to trim several overgrown trees and relay a section of pavers in my yard, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly, and impressively efficient. The tree trimming was done with real care — the yard looks cleaner, brighter, and far more open without losing any of the natural charm. The went above and beyond by trimming some other trees that needed a haircut! The paver work was just as impressive. Everything was lifted, levelled, and relaid with precision, and the finished area looks brand new. It’s solid, neat, and clearly built to last.Nothing felt rushed, and the place was left spotless. It’s rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their work, and it shows in the final result.Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable, high‑quality handyman work — a fantastic experience all around.CheersSteve Marsten

I contacted Steve West Presale Services for assistance with a painting job I had. Steve was very prompt in connecting me with Kam Painting Services. Kam did a fantastic job. He was always punctual, courteous, communicated regularly throughout the process, made me aware of some other issues which he rectified and left the area clean and tidy and helped with moving furniture back. His price was competitive. I was very happy with the work done.

Steve's associate Danny, a former real estate agent, came in person and detailed exactly what he'd do for gardening and mulching services at our house. The quote and confirmation were speedy and competitive. On the day, Danny, Troy and Mohammed worked like trojans, doing a spectacular and thorough job. No request was a problem. Our house is looking a million bucks now. Thanks guys and we'd contract you again in a jiffy.

I needed extensive tree trimming at my home in Ashgrove. The crew performed the job excellently, including thorough clean up after. The communication from Steve was great and the quote for the work was fair (in contrast to the other 'arborists' that are regularly seen around Ashgrove).Would highly recommend to anybody needing tree work and associated tasks.

With just over a week to transform our Ashgrove backyard before sale, Steve brought in teams to landscape and garden a sad backyard, , and lop, clear and take away overgrown bamboo. It was a quick, cost effective way to make our cottage photo-ready. Clear communication too. Great stuff!

His team members, Robert and Fletcher arrived promptly, took great care in their work, and did an amazing job. Our house needed a bit of TLC and the guys really exceeded my expectations and saved us a lot of work. The equipment got results we’d never have been able to achieve ourselves. Well worth the money and very good service, I highly recommend.
