Very impressed with this company. From my initial phone inquiry, to getting an estimate, to the completed project - everything was timely and communication was fantastic. Very pleased with our new construction roof and, while not our "cheapest" estimate, NS Building Solutions was definitely priced reasonably when reflecting on the experience and quality of the work. Those guys know what they are doing! Crew had bad start with weather and some snow on the original roof, before they started. A couple minor things needed correction after the roof was done, that got corrected in expedite manner.Everyone from start to finish has been pleasant to work with and will hire them every time!

We have nothing but glowing things to say about NS Building Solutions. Office manager, John, is always very pleasant to speak to and communicative throughout the scheduling process. They replaced the shingles over our garage and breezeway in February. It only took one day, and the crew did a fantastic job. We also appreciated the financing options available to us.Now a couple months later we discovered a small leak under the metal roof portion of our house. I called John at the office and same-day, Matt was out at our house to inspect the issue at no charge. He noticed immediately that our skylight had a hole in the corner causing water to seep in and leak into the house. He showed us the problem and got right away to fixing it. When discussing payment, Matt declined and stated it was on the house, free of charge. We have been so stressed with our roofing issues this past year that I am just in awe at how wonderful this company is and how much they have helped us. I cannot recommend them enough!

John in the office has been an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Micah was also great as a professional who made sure the job got done correctly unlike the previous contractor. He came out repeatedly, always with a great attitude, and insisted that we shouldn't pay until the repair had proven to be effective over quite a few months. My only regret is that I didn't know about their company sooner and I would highly recommend them!!

Easy to work with. Responsive. Show up when they say they will. They installed a screw down metal roof on a outbuilding/blueberry processing barn we are restoring. Installation was efficient (had done in ~5hrs) and crew left work area tidy, quality job done.
