Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company!. I’m a single mum, and I made sure Pat knew that from the start. I trusted him to be honest and do the job properly. Instead, he completely took advantage of the situation.He showed up late, didn’t bring the proper tools, and rushed through everything. The door he “fixed” barely worked for a couple of days before becoming worse than it was before, and the window is still completely unusable.The worst part is that he took the money and basically disappeared. He stopped responding to messages and made no effort to come back or fix the issues. No accountability, no professionalism — nothing.It’s incredibly disappointing to be treated like this, especially when you’re already in a vulnerable position and just trying to get basic things sorted at home.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
