An appointment was arranged for today for a house survey regarding new windows, but nobody showed up. I also tried calling beforehand, but my calls were not answered. Very disappointing experience and poor communication.

A very nice set of lads.I also got Summit to fix my roof as I had two separate leaks. When they stripped the roof, they found and leak. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company!. I’m a single mum, and I made sure Pat knew that from the start. I trusted him to be honest and do the job properly. Instead, he completely took advantage of the situation.He showed up late, didn’t bring the proper tools, and rushed through everything. The door he “fixed” barely worked for a couple of days before becoming worse than it was before, and the window is still completely unusable.The worst part is that he took the money and basically disappeared. He stopped responding to messages and made no effort to come back or fix the issues. No accountability, no professionalism — nothing.It’s incredibly disappointing to be treated like this, especially when you’re already in a vulnerable position and just trying to get basic things sorted at home.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Recently got 2 windows and 1 terrace door changed, and I must say, I am beyond satisfied with the entire process and the result. I've had a couple bad experiences with other companies with both quality and approachability but not a single issues with these lads. Patrick came over for the initial consultation, very professional and knowledgable. Minor hiccup regarding the opening direction of the terrace door due to myself not communicating the direction I wanted, but this was managed very professionally and I got a date for re-fitting very quickly. The fitters Martin and Ray were outstanding as well. No mess left behind, extremely friendly and professional. I can honestly not praise this company enough. I wanted to have the windows of my apartment replaced. It was a challenging task due price a trickiness as finding a good professional to replace 3 Georgian sash windows it wasn't easy. If you are in my situation Summit Windows is your answer: Competitive price, good quality and perfect style and not to mention the installation: spotless clean, one day installation plus one day for final touches, leaving the place exactly how it was found, bought aquaplast for nothing!!!On a personal note, I would like to highlight the installation team, Derek, Marian and Pops. I recently got a new hall door from Summit, the entire process was beyond easy. The initial consultation was such a positive experience and choice was mine always never felt like I needed to make a quick decision or go for more expensive options. Once ordered the door was ready and installed in line with the timeline provided. The day of installation Mario was incredible - polite, quick thorough and tidy. He went above and beyond helping to fix a broken window handle on top of cleaning up the entire space inside and out he was working on. I couldn’t recommend the company or its people higher - I was pleasantly surprised from start to finish and now my door looks fantastic and I delighted with it
