Mark came to the property I rent. He is absolutely amazing he cleared the pipe line that 4 other plumbers could not.The best part about it was he educated me and showed me as well as taught me about the pipeline and how it works he showed me the cameras and patiently answered all my questions then helped me clean the mess left behind from the pipes flooding the backyard.He is professional, kind and extremely helpful. The gentleman who came out was on time and communicated well with phone calls to let me know when he would arrive. He knew exactly what to do to remove the 2-foot cable at the end of my sewer line that was causing all the problems over the past years-Roto Rooter and Mr Rooter wanted to dig up my yard to get to the problem! Affordable Rooter knew how to get to the cable and remove it safely from my sewer line in no time!I highly recommended this plumbing company!

Mark was great! Showed up same day and came up with the RIGHT solution to our main-drain-blocked-by-a-root-ball problem. He took the time to FaceTime my husband and show the problem and the fix with his own video of the sewer line. He clearly explained the cheaper option (rooter) and the risk of it becoming even MORE expensive if it didn’t work. he clearly had expertise (didn’t think he was trying to up us) and we went with the ‘for sure’ root-ball-busting hydro blast. It worked!! Also, Lisa was friendly, professional and efficient at scheduling and following up with the right equipment for the job. Highly recommend this family business.
