Weston Dowis put a spurious lien on my property, after the contact had been terminated. He doesn't even know when it's appropriate to use Memorandums, as they are not supposed to be punitive. He then tried to extort $5000 to release the lien. I would rather pay 10x that to take him to court. Although he will be liable for my court costs in the end. During our brief contract, he never paid earnest money, and he had to use a different wholesaler to post the property on Investorlift. Not professional in any way. Stay away from this shady wholesaler!Edit: no one is asking you to litigate this through a public forum. I am sharing my factual, personal experience so that future customers can decide whether to work with this company. Thank you for affirming the contractual dispute, because this wholesaler may have a “contractual dispute” with you too (like not paying earnest money).
